This cake is for my niece's birthday, her theme was Disney's "Tangled" so I tried to mimic the movie a little with this princess castle cake. This is my first 3 tiered cake. The top pillar is rice treats covered with fondant so that I could carve out the window. The rest of the pillar's are fondant and all of the tops are ice cream cones. The cake is vanilla with a chocolate moose filling. This is my favorite filling yet, so yummy and fluffy. I loved making this cake!

Love this cake! I am going to try to mimic your cake for my daughters 4th birthday in November. I am a novice so I hope it turns out :)
