This cake was so fun to make but a ton of work! I basically worked on it every second that my husband was home to entertain our toddler. It was nice working on a girly cake! The 4 y old birthday girl wanted a Disney Princess Cake with a castle, Cinderella, Belle and the Beast. The figures I made out of rice cereal decorated with fondant. The cakes are vanilla and vanilla buttercream/filling. I tried to texture the buttercream then decorated in fondant. The towers are paper towel rolls covered in fondant and the tops are ice cream cones.
